How to express the finding with the best, nice, polite and positive sentences.
How to prove the issue properly without blaming the auditee..
How how how and so many how.

A lot to learn and study.

Internal auditors are professional thinkers. We use critical thinking skills to arrive at solid conclusions. One of out core skills is the ability to connect the dots, fill in the blanks, determine how past practices can be applied to new standards, and use known risks and potential controls to develop an audit.

We cannot sit, waiting for the answers. Our skills allow us the ability to provide those answers; they provide us the opportunity to set direction rather than watching as someone else points the way. And our skills allow us to be leaders, not followers. Of course, you can always just sit back and hope the next presentation tells you to think.
